I haven’t suffered with full blown anxiety, but video games and cinema trips really help me deal with stress. Anything that forces me to not think about the world for a couple hours.
My main stress reliever, however, is food; causing me to struggle with my weight my whole life. I’m on a pretty strict diet right now and I’m really struggling to find other ways to cope.
The affirmation apps sound like they might be a nice distraction. I’m going to go look them up now. Thanks 😄
